Apple Pie with Calvadose


270 gr flour,
150 gr oils
100 gr Powdered sugar,
1 egg
1 kg of apples
1 lemon - juice
and a dried peel 50 gr nuts
1 teaspoon cinnamon
15 gr vanilla sugar
a small pinch cinnamon
1.3 glasses of apricot fruit candy 60 гр calvadoce (apple brandy) (or cognac)

In a flour to add the lemon dried peel, the softened butter, egg and to knead. To put at 2 hours in a refrigerator. Apples to cut segments, to sprincle with a lemon juice. To crush nuts, to add cinnamon, vanilla, a carnation and a dried peel. The dough to unroll, put on oiled cooking form , to strew a nut mix, to lay apples numbers, changing a direction each number. To put in heated-up to 200 degrees an oven, to bake, warm to cover with fruit candy. To sprincle hot calvadose (or cognac) and to set fire. Put on a table the burning. If apples start to char - to blow into a flame.
